Patric, Dekker cast in 'Sister's Keeper'

Cameron Diaz, Abigail Breslin, Alec Baldwin and Joan Cusack are already among the cast.
The drama, an adaptation of Jodi Picoult's novel, revolves around a former district attorney (Diaz) and her husband (Patric) who are sued by their daughter (Breslin) for emancipation.
Breslin's character was conceived to provide blood and bone marrow to help save her older sister (Sofia Vassilieva) who is diagnosed with cancer. Dekker will play the older sister's boyfriend and fellow cancer survivor.
The film is currently shooting in Los Angeles under the direction of Nick Cassavetes (The Notebook).
