Beau Bridges cast in 'Max Payne'

Beau Bridges has joined the cast of Max Payne, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The 66-year-old, who is the elder brother of Jeff Bridges, will play B.B. Hensley, an ex-police officer and mentor to the film's title character.

Mark Wahlberg has already been cast as Max Payne while That '70s Show's Mila Kunis will play an assassin. The film, based on the hit video game, centres on Wahlberg's character as he tries to find the people responsible for murdering his family.

Max Payne is currently filming in Toronto under the direction of John Moore.
