50 Cent in line for 'Spectacular Regret'

The rapper - real name Curtis Jackson - will play a prisoner on death row whose forthcoming execution sparks a media frenzy.
Danny Huston, John Ortiz and Kelli Garner also star in the independently-financed movie about four LA residents struggling to come to terms with their past.
The film is the feature directorial debut of actor Joshua Leonard (The Blair Witch Project), who also wrote the script.
Shooting is scheduled to begin in LA in July.
