Fergie thrilled to record 'SATC' theme

Fergie has revealed that recording the theme for the upcoming Sex And The City movie was a dream come true.

The Black Eyed Peas star sang 'Labels & Love' for the film, which reunites the cast of the HBO show for the first time since 2004.

She told OK!: "I was thrilled to do this song. I’ve been such a huge fan for so long. My mother and I would watch it religiously."

She said the track is perfectly suited to the four central characters, explaining: "The song completely fits the personalities of the girls - it’s kind of a love triangle between love, friends and fashion."

She also revealed that she had watched the hotly-anticipated movie, but added: “I can’t say anything about it!"

The soundtrack is released on May 27, three days before the film opens in cinemas.
