'Sex And The City' to premiere in London

Despite New York playing a prominent role in the TV show, a spokesman for studio New Line told the New York Daily News that the movie won't make its debut in Manhattan.
The spokesman said: "London will be much smaller. The whole cast isn't even going."
Although stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, Kim Cattrall and Cynthia Nixon are expected to attend the UK event, supporting cast members including Chris Noth and Jennifer Hudson are likely to be absent.
"It was simply a question of logistics and scheduling. We're still planning the big premiere to be in New York," the spokesman added.
"Everyone knows New York City is the fifth character. The city is the epicentre of all things Sex And The City."
Kim Cattrall recently admitted that there were feuds between the show's cast members.
