James Brolin has replaced James Caan in political comedy Nailed.
Caan quit the movie last month after arguing with director David O. Russell over the best way to choke on a cookie.
The film stars Jessica Biel as a woman who heads to Washington to fight for the rights of people with strange injuries after a nail shot to her head makes her wildly impulsive.
She ends up falling for an immoral congressman (Jake Gyllenhaal), who must summon the political courage to save her. James Marsden, Catherine Keener and Tracy Morgan also star.
Brolin will have a small role as a US politician who chokes to death, claims The Hollywood Reporter.
