The movie will be directed by Gregor Jordan (The Informers) from a script by Peter Woodward and Orin Moverman, reports Variety.
It revolves around the threat to the US when a terrorist is the only person who knows the location of three nuclear devices. With only two days to go before they are deployed, a black-ops interrogator (Jackson) and a female FBI agent must decide what they will do to find them.
Principal photography begins in Michigan on September 2.
