'Lost' star joins 'Valentine' remake

Lost actor Kevin Tighe is to star in horror remake My Bloody Valentine 3-D.
The 63-year-old, who plays John Locke's dad Anthony Cooper in the US show, will join Jamie King, Jensen Ackles, Tom Atkins, Kerr Smith and Edi Gathegi on the cast, reports Moviehole.
The film sees Tom (Ackles) become a murder suspect when he returns to his Montana hometown ten years after a Valentine's night massacre claimed the lives of 22 people.
Patrick Lussier will direct from a screenplay by Zane Smith.
The movie is scheduled for release on January 23, 2009.
