'Honour' duo directing 'Big Man On Campus'

Deborah Kaplan and Harry Elfont have signed on to rewrite and direct teen comedy Big Man On Campus, reports Variety.
The plot revolves around a nerdy student rejecting the advances of the most popular girl in school. She then sees her credibility drop and the rules of popularity change for the entire school.
Kaplan and Elfont, the writers behind the recent Made Of Honour, have replaced Mark Teitelman in the director's chair. Gina Wendkos (The Princess Diaries) wrote an earlier version of the script.
Previous credits for Kaplan and Elfont include The Flintstones In Viva Rock Vegas, Joise And The Pussycats and Surviving Christmas.
