The pair will join Gossip Girl's Ed Westwick and Justin Chatwin (The Chumscrubber) in S. Darko, claims The Hollywood Reporter.
The Chris Fisher-directed movie sees Daveigh Chase reprise her role as Donnie's sister Samantha, who flees town with her best friend Corey (Evigan) seven years after the events of the original movie. As they travel across America, they begin to encounter strange visions.
Berkley (Showgirls) will play a "speed freak-turned-Jesus freak" whose desire to rid the world of sin is rivalled only by her infatuation with her pastor.
Richard Kelly, who wrote and directed 2001's Donnie Darko, is not involved in the new film.
Production recently began in Utah.
