Sony green-lights Rogen's 'Hornet'

Based on a radio serial from the '30s, The Green Hornet revolves around Britt Reid, a newspaper publisher who fights crime with his sidekick Kato.
The '60s television incarnation of the character was notable for launching the Hollywood career of Bruce Lee.
Rogen, who co-wrote The Green Hornet with Evan Goldberg, will portray Reid. The project is currently searching for a director.
