'Kung Fu Panda' leads US box office

DreamWorks's animated comedy, which stars Jack Black as a martial arts-obsessed panda, grossed $60 million (£30 million) in its first weekend on release. Kung Fu Panda held off competition from the week's other new entry, Adam Sandler's You Don't Mess With The Zohan, to secure the top spot.
Last week's chart leader Sex And The City fell to fourth place with a 62% drop in ticket sales. Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull slipped a place to number three. The sequel's cumulative US gross has now crossed the $250 million mark.
