Weinstein to adapt new Scotch novel

A movie version of upcoming Allison Winn Scotch novel Time Of My Life is in the works.
The Weinstein Company has bought the film rights to the book, which tells the story of a 30-something housewife who travels back in time to find out what her life would have been like if she had she not settled down.
Former Miramax president of production Meryl Poster will produce through her Superb Entertainment shingle, reports Variety. She previously collaborated with Harvey Weinstein on Emma, The Cider House Rules, Chocolat and Cold Mountain.
Time Of My Life is published by Random House in October.
