Ex-'Hollyoaks' star lands horror movie

Tointon, who played Katy Fox, said her latest project is "completely different" to her TV role.
"It's quite gruesome and I get covered in buckets of blood," she told The Sun. "I might be too squeamish to even watch it!"
The Day, which also stars Jeremy Sheffield, Stephen Campbell Moore and Rachel Shelley, is released in November.
Speaking on the possibility of returning to work on a soap, she said: "I don't think I could work in another soap as Hollyoaks was so great.
"It is going from strength to strength and as Katy wasn't killed off there's always a chance I could return one day."
