Brian 'Astro' Bradley has revealed that he recently finished shooting his first acting role.
The X Factor USA finalist, who signed a recording contract with Epic Records this week, branched out to play a troubled teen in an unnamed project alongside Taraji P Henson.

"I'm getting in on my acting. I've been working with Taraji P Henson. I don't want to give too much of that away, but it's a pretty dope role," Astro said during an appearance on MTV's Rap Fix Live.
"I just played a kid named Darren. They killed my brother in the streets and I felt the cops wasn't givin' justice and I just went about it myself. You gotta watch it to see. It's me... it's basically how I would act if somebody killed my brother. I'm not going to wait on the police, I'm going to retaliate on my own."
The 15-year-old MC added: "It's a pretty good acting role for me. I'm tryin' to get my Will Smith on."
Earlier this month, Astro teamed up with former X Factor UK contestant Cher Lloyd for her 'Want U Back' video.
