The Hills star - who allegedly failed to gain access to the MTV show's finale party this week - has tweeted that he is working on a "micro-budget" project.
"Just shot some amazing film for my micro-budget rated r beach comedy I am producing TOWER 69: BEACH PATROL featuring 3 D BOOBS, (sic)" he wrote.
He later added that he was "casting some beach babes" for the movie.
According to Radar Online, Emilio Masella - the ex-boyfriend of Jersey Shore star Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi - was spotted filming a scene on El Matador beach yesterday.
