The reality star joined Ryan Seacrest on his radio show earlier today, telling the host that the cast of The Hills could reunite on the big screen.
"Maybe we'll all come back together and do a movie," Patridge said.
Rumours of a film first arose back in July 2010 when the MTV series concluded its four-year run. However, the cast was apparently reluctant to commit to such an ambitious project so soon after completing the TV show.
"We were kind of all just so fed up with each other that we all needed a little break," Patridge explained, before adding: "We've all had our break."
Patridge recently confessed that she prefers London to Los Angeles because she finds it to be "friendly, carefree and non-judgmental".
The 26-year-old's boyfriend Corey Bohan was arrested in Los Angeles for public intoxication in mid-May.
