Bon Jovi have claimed they are "sorely disappointed" that tickets to their free show in New York are being sold on eBay.
Touts on the auction site are selling tickets for this weekend's show in Central Park for around $1,000.
On their official message board, the band insisted that they "always had the best interest of the fans at heart".
The band added: "There are reports in the media about tickets being scalped for... the free concert. I for one am not surprised, but our organisation is sorely disappointed."
The original 60,000 tickets were given away to fans at outlets around New York.
