Stereophonics frontman Kelly Jones has claimed that Razorlight have to reinvent themselves in order to survive.
The star admitted that the group needed to stop losing members and that lead singer Johnny Borrell should "get a new haircut".
Speaking to MTV, Jones compared Razorlight's fortune to his band's earlier troubles: "If there's any band members left by that point...he reminds me of where we were with our third album…in f**king trouble!"
Jones went on to offer grooming advice to the the group's frontman Borrell.
"Just change your haircut, they'll forget all about you then. It's a new you - Madonna's done it all her life."
Razorlight drummer Andy Burrows quit the group last month after reportedly becoming "embarrassed" by Borrell.
Borrell previously blasted negative reviews of the group's latest album Slipway Fires as "unfair".
