Justin Timberlake has pushed past Akon to top the Billboard chart with recent release 'My Love'.

Akon has maintained his position with 'Smack That' at number two, while Fergie's moved up from tenth to six place, and Chris Brown slid back in - just - at number ten from number twelve last week.

In the album chart, Hannah Montana, John Legend and My Chemical Romance were all vying for the top spot, but unknown-in-the-UK Montana achieved it, leaving MCR's Welcome To The Black Parade at two and Legend's Once Again at three.
