Eminem has filed a lawsuit against online download store iTunes and its parent company Apple Computers Inc. because he has insisted it has no permission to sell his songs.

The rapper has demanded that iTunes remove his tracks straight away, but according to The Detroit News, it has so far refused to do so.

Eminem and his company Eight Mile Style have had a run in with the organisation previously when it tried to use a song of his in one of its TV adverts without his permission in 2004.
