Spice Girls add Manchester leg to tour

The Spice Girls have added two dates to their world tour.

The girl-power group will now play Manchester's MEN Arena on January 23 and 24, as well as the sold-out shows at London's 02 Arena.

Mel C revealed earlier this week that she was keeping her "fingers crossed" for a northern leg to the UK section of the tour.

Tickets for the shows go on sale on Friday, October 26. The London dates sold out in just 38 seconds after millions of fans registered online to apply.
