Libertines songs to go on 'Shambles DVD

Libertines songs that were performed by Pete Doherty's band Babyshambles during their early gigs are to appear on their new live DVD.

Doherty, who used to front The Libertines alongside Dirty Pretty Things star Carl Barat, played the songs in 2004 at the Ritz in Manchester when he first formed Babyshambles.

The Libertines tracks 'Don't Look Back Into the Sun', 'What Katie Did' and 'Time For Heroes' will be included on the Up the Shambles - Live in Manchester DVD.

The performances have only previously been seen on online videos.
