Philippa, England on December 17th, 2007
I love this song.
Emma and Sarah, London on December 17th, 2007
It's not that terrible it's just not good. If Rhydian sang this song, I'd laugh.
Lucie, Blackburn on December 17th, 2007
Absolutely amazing :)
Daph, Wales on December 17th, 2007
Well done to the young Scots singer Leon. The song is beautiful and he has mellow tones to his voice which I'm sure will get even better after some more experience, which up to now he doesn't have! WELL DONE LEON
Ken, Clacton on December 17th, 2007
Wanted to vote for Leon on Saturday, but couldn't get through on the phone lines - it was *not* just Rhydian fans that had this problem. Very impressed with this young fellow's journey through the series, and I agree with your comment about the vocal skill he brings to this sugary Christmas song. Looking forward to the album.
Beverley, Belfast on December 17th, 2007
I'm so glad Leon won, I love the sound of his voice he sings this song well
Cesci, London on December 17th, 2007
I love this song... you can hear his Scottish accent when he sings. I love him so much!
Jane, Gibraltar on December 17th, 2007
Average pop pap. At least Rhyd emoted even though the song itself is doggerell! Leon = nice kid, disappearing into the ether.
Sam, Hull on December 17th, 2007
Utter garbage. The song worked in the film "Prince of Egypt", but it was never a great chart single the first time around for proven artists. This recording doesn't do anything for the artist, and if this is the best he has to offer, then he better save his money, because his pop career will last as long as Michelle McManus'!
Ali on December 17th, 2007
So I see that Sony/BMG must supprot DS in some way financially based on that ridiculous review!
Sharon, Dorset on December 17th, 2007
Dire song and dire singer. David Sneddon mark 2
John, Leeds on December 17th, 2007
You need to get your ears looked at - what an awful singer and the song isn't much better. Michelle McManus and David Sneddon and now Leon. Oh dear oh dear.
Sarah, Dorking on December 17th, 2007
It will be Leon who? by next week. He was out of tune on GMTV today. Awful singer and that song doesnt suit him at all. A real dirge. The british public messed up big time on Saturday.
Pauline, Bristol on December 17th, 2007
Nick are you related to Leon by any chance? Come off it the song is terrible and so is he.
Carl, Manchester on December 17th, 2007
Very poor!
Paul, North Wales on December 17th, 2007
Good effort!!! but I think Niki would have done a much better job of this song. Glad Leon beat Rhydian as I don't like opera but Niki was the best contestant
Simon. London on December 17th, 2007
You are having a laugh my son. The worst singer to win the x factor and the worst first single too. The bloke has no screen presence either. Simon shouldn't bother releasing an album. Put the money towards Rhydian's instead.
S on December 17th, 2007
Get Real! Note only seven comments so far, Rhydian blows Leon out of the water, this has been so produced because sadly Leon doesnt have a strong enough voice or range. I feel sorry for him. he seems like a nice lad but he's a steve brookstien not a leona lewis
Paul, London on December 17th, 2007
Not a patch on Leona from last year - Leon is average, just like the whole of this year's X Factor.
Sasha, South Wales on December 17th, 2007
Rubbish attempt - out of tune completely on GMTV, Rhydian was ok but too classical but I'd have rather listened to him than Leon - sorry but truth!! Niki should have been the winner of this X factor
David, Chelmsford on December 17th, 2007
A great song and a very deserved win by Leon
Angela, London on December 17th, 2007
Very good song. Can't wait to buy it!
Margaret, Essex on December 17th, 2007
Leon looked very nervous on GMTV this morning. I have heard this song 3 times now and it just does not get any better. Rhydian version was class How he did not win I do not know.
Maria, London on December 17th, 2007
Appalling, dreadful, slightly ludicrous and a shambolic performance by the British public. I'll have to move to Wales where it will hopefully be banned. Leon is a nice boy, however, in comparison to the showstopping Rhydian he is a pipsqueak. I will wait for Rhydian to record something before I splash out.
Philip, Hamilton, Scotland on December 17th, 2007
Well done Leon. Well deserved win over that welsh man! He made me feel sick just looking at him. I admit he could sing but no one would buy his album unless his face was not on the front cover. Leon is no Michelle McManus. David Sneddon is a very successful songwriter. It was his decision to stop singing unlike Steve Brookstein who shouldn't have won in the first place! Christmas number one for the Scot!! :-)
Gemma Lou (WELSH & PROUD) on December 17th, 2007
Rhydian Soo Shudda Won He's Good The Looks, The Voice, Everything He Was Born A Star... Leon Has His Whole Life Ahead Of Him...But The Song Sounded Much Better When Rhydian Sang It... It Was Just Perfect...Simon's Just Wasting His Time & Money....Rhydian You've Done Wales Proud && Your Gunna Go Much Further In Life. Da Iawn, Cariad Ti
Vicky, Leeds on December 17th, 2007
Great bot really down to earth, not as big headed as rhydian, he already was given a contract so didnt need to win the x factor leon has a brill voice nd i backed him all the way hes cute too Go Leon.
Brookee, London on December 17th, 2007
This song is one of the best songs ever I love it so much. Leon was gonna win right from the beginning of the show.
Ernie, Lancashire on December 17th, 2007
Not good at all no doubt a 1 second wonder by this scots man.
Nicola on December 17th, 2007

Ant, London on December 17th, 2007
leon and his song are amazing! sounds a million times better than when rhydian sang it.
Jodie Williams, Shropshire on December 17th, 2007
Whats to say? He's amazing and he sounds fantastic singing this song! LOVE IT!!
Bazza, Carronshore on December 17th, 2007
Absolute drivel. If you buy this you are not right in the head.
Me, Birmingham. on December 17th, 2007
Im sick of people who are saying that rhydian should have won and comparing leon to leona. The public voted; leon won. Get over it! And Leona isn't all that fabulous, people say you could put her up with mariah carey and whitney houston, which is a complete lie! the standard of her voice is nowhere near theres. Leon is different, incredible, has a great tone to his voice and not to mention completely and utterlyu gorgeous! =] So, stop putting him down..
Erin, Dalgety Bay on December 17th, 2007
Love the song, and him! Hope he does well! x x
Kim, Ireland on December 17th, 2007
Leon is brill!!! you watch, he'll make it big just like the rest of the xfactor winners!!! Gewon leon!!
Kim, Hampshire on December 17th, 2007
This is a gorgeous song and Leon sings it beautifuly!! I'm so glad leon won, watched his audition and instantly fell in love with him, he's a gr8 uk talent who will go far cant wait to buy the single and im sure the album will b brilliant cant wait!!!!
Gemma, Nottingham on December 18th, 2007
May i just say whoever put "Rhydian blows Leon out of the water" is wrong becuase who won.. Erm let me see LEON did and i dont know what the rest of you are talking about who in this day and age wants to listen to opera.. Certainly not me. LEON Rock Your Socks Woooo
Tony T, Belfast on December 18th, 2007
Good man leon the songs gr8 really glad he won he deserves everything hes got Good Man Leon
Lois, Warwickshire on December 18th, 2007
I Love Leon! He Is So Fit! His Music Is So Good. Love You Baby xxx
Lisa, Lincolnshire on December 18th, 2007
To be fair people nobody in this year's series topped leona and if x factor continues then it will never be the same again as once youve found the 'x factor' you aint gonna find it again. Not one contestant had outstanding talent as I'm sure simon cowell knew when the lives shows started!!!!
Sandra D, Edinburgh on December 18th, 2007
I tried to vote for Leon only to hear an unobtainable tone not even an engaged tone to check I even tried to vote for Rhydian - Thankfully it didn't register - Well done Leon
Kirsty, London on December 18th, 2007
He has a fab voice and i love his version of this song. Really hope it is number 1 for christmas!
Aidan, London on December 18th, 2007
Terrible song. Leon is the worst X Factor winner in my opinion. No star quality, no charisma and a very ordinary voice.
Sam, Isle of Man on December 18th, 2007
What happened on Saturday night? Has England gone deaf?! Rhydian should have won. He is a far better singer.
Chris, Stoke on December 18th, 2007
79p for a Christmas Turkey... Bargain!!
Elizabeth Hainsworth, France on December 18th, 2007
Fantastic -- Sour Grapes Rhydian
Rico, Glasgow on December 18th, 2007
Mince! It is easy to see why a win for Leon with Rhydian in second place was a 'good' result for the producers. Rhydian would be a star anyway and without the win Leon would have disappeared without trace. The result made sure of the 'double-dip' starting with this single. Leon was a weak finalist - a narrow band of talent that he took a while to settle into. I am surprised that no-one has even noticed that in the live show they had to drop the key of this song for him because of his limited vocal range. What does that say for the single?!
Andrew, London on December 18th, 2007
Best X Factor winner's single by far. Can't wait for his first album.
Mags on December 18th, 2007
I never liked this song first time round but Leon certainly does a fantastic job. I'll certainly be buying it, i think he has a tremendous voice.
David, Wigan on December 18th, 2007
This has to be the worst song in recording history. It is worse than dirge, rubbish. Leon sings worse than my dog. Shame there isn't a zero rating. but next year he will have disappeared, were as Rhydian will be in either Broadway or the West End.
Nutty, MK on December 18th, 2007
Oh Dear...
Sheila, Romford, Essex on December 18th, 2007
Amazing vocal, pity the boy has started his career under a black welsh cloud of hysteria because Rhydian didn't win. Never known such sour grapes in all my life, Leon won becaue he appeals to the majority! I love his voice, simple as that.
Richard, London on December 18th, 2007
Do yourself a favour and go straight for the Mariah/ Whitney version. Now THAT'S how it should be sung!
Isabel, Yorkshire on December 18th, 2007
Leon has a lovely voice, reminiscent of Marti Pellow from Wet Wet Wet. He is sure to be very successful and I wish him luck. The song is so well sung and is a cert for the Christmas No.1. By the way, I had problems getting through to vote for Leon, and I live in England. Rhydian's fans should get over it!
Kirsty, Surrey on December 18th, 2007
Well, it's not totally rubbish, but it's close. He only won because he's scottish..
Mike, Glasgow on December 18th, 2007
Truly awful, almost as bad as the live versions. It really is a dreadful dirge!! Even with digital enhancement, it's painful to listen to. Makes a complete mockery of the Music Charts.
Avril, West Lothian on December 18th, 2007
Well done Leon, so proud of you. This song is amazing just like you. I have been playing this since downloading on Sunday and will be in line to buy it tomorrow like all the real fans. So glad the public got it right on the night.
Trish, Lanarkshire on December 18th, 2007
Its so digraceful that Leon won, Rhyd is head and shoulders better than Leon, whos voice is second rate to even Ray from last year. What total nonsense. I luv that song and now i cant even listen to it, i tend to fall asleep half way through BOOOOOOOOOOORRRINNNNNGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!
Rosie, UK on December 18th, 2007
I hope it does well for him. He has a lot of potential.
Joe, East Kilbride on December 18th, 2007
Shambolick!!!! Rhyd was fantastic on the night as with every other show. theres no doubt leon has improved but in reality, its not a show about improvement its about TALENT and rhydian oozes talent- don't give up RHYD
Rob, Edinburgh on December 18th, 2007
Most certainly the winner on the night and the best version of the two finalists by far. There was little emotion in Rhydians version it lacked something.
Sarah, Dublin on December 18th, 2007
Wow, it's unreal!! Im so so glad he won!! Hope this hassle with the voting lines won't have any effect on him!! He won fair and square!! LOVE THIS SONG!! he's got the Xmas no1 sorted!! :):)
Beth, Dorset on December 18th, 2007
What a load of rubbish.. Leon cant sing to save his life, should have been kicked off in the first few weeks. it is a very bad day for the music world to have this tripe at number 1
Mary, Surrey on December 18th, 2007
I'm sure that Leon is a nice enough guy, but he didn't deserve to win. He was and is so very ordinary and has no stage presence. I expect he will be a one hit wonder. I hope he is strong enough to take it. Rhydian outshone him 100 to 1
Susie, Hampshire on December 18th, 2007
Well, I won't be buying it. It's very dull and he sang out of tune on the live show. Whatever happened to the voters? Rhydian was by far the most talented performer in the show. Now, I will definately buy his album. His version of 'Somewhere' was the best I have ever heard. I'm a music teacher by the way.
Alison H, Midlands on December 18th, 2007
Shame he's singing it, he can't sing. I hope it does awful in the charts then we won't have to hear from him again.
A. Mark, Birmingham on December 18th, 2007
This entire debacle smacks of a fix - and the single is bloody awful to boot. I think there's a good reason it didn't feature in the mid-week charts although I'm sure the producers of the X-factor will be able to fix the chart results by downloading multiple copies of the track.
Johnni, London on December 18th, 2007
Leon absolutely deserved to win. He has more appeal to the pop market than Rhydian. His vocal skills are also better suited to When You Believe. Listen to Buble and Bennet, Como and Sinatra ... and you'll find Leon's range is comfortable in that bracket. Easy listening, very marketable and very now amongst the females of the buying public. No doubting of Rhydian's singing, he's very good and will be a great stage performer ... but Leon is the better recording artist and the public got it right! And this version of his first single beats the others. You just have to hear it properly and Leon gives it some gravitas!
Erin, Yorkshire on December 19th, 2007
How dare Johnnie mention Sinatra or Como in the same sentence as Wee Leon. They were true songsters. Leon is a less than average Pub Singer, with zero talent or personality. This CD is only good for scraping the ice from your windscreen.
Ex X factor fan. wiltshire on December 19th, 2007
Crap singer. Probably appeals to young starstruck teenagers, who buy his music because they like him for his looks. Not got much else going for himself has he?. One hit wonder boy, and easily forgotten. Rydian appeals to all ages, people over 15 buy music too! don't they?? not much choice out there i agree. Someone should give cowell a reality check! Definitely not watching x fator next time.
Sunnie, London on December 19th, 2007
Love this version, hated the Maria /Whitney version. Really glad Leon won, Rhydian's version of this was chronic.
JD, Dublin on December 19th, 2007
Leon is quite simply gifted. A bit rough round the edges maybe - but he hasn't had 5 years of classical training. He's only starting and if he sounds this good already bring on the album - BTW ITV confirmed that he won by 10% of the vote in the end & no amount of "engaged tones" would have changed that - he also was outright winner in 5 of 8 shows. So all the bitter Rydian fans should concede - natural talent won fair & square
Amy, North Wales on December 19th, 2007
It's clear by the choice of song they expected Niki to get to the final and win, once the public heard her version of the song. It was totally wrong for Rhydian anyway, and he will do better in second, finding a better contract or making his way in the West End. I don't mind Leon's version, good luck to him.
Nicola, Mansfield on December 19th, 2007
Was shocked to see Leon win, but he was my preferred singer on the night (after SD, who I wanted to win just to annoy the Irish gimp on the panel). Rhydian may be technically a good singer, but that doesn't make him a star. I agree he could be a great stage performer, but his performances (while vocally good) amounted to camp pantomime. I just don't rate him as a credible recording artist. About time a swing artist won, something more adult after Leona's shiny happy pop crap and ridiculous vocal gymnastics. As for the single? Simon could have picked a better one, why can't the first X Factor single be a purposely written one, what's with all the covers?
Nick, Cornwall on December 19th, 2007
Leon who? It's time the X-Factor was kicked into touch. Obviously the viewing public have no idea about what makes a good singer. Might I suggest that being in tune is a very good start! With all due respect to this year's winner, undoubtedly he'll be a nine-day wonder like many of his predecessors.
Gareth, Wigan on December 19th, 2007
If this is the state of music in the UK, WERE DOOMED!, monotone droning, I would even buy it for my worst enemy, also makes a mockery of the Christmas no 1, would take any of the others in the top 10 any day rather than this
Debbie, London on December 19th, 2007
Was never going to be an easy song for a man to sing in the first place so i feel the song was a wrong choice anyway. Good luck to leon hope he does well he is just a normal kid trying to make something of his life so i feel people should stop putting him down. As for rhydian he is good at opera but would never make it in the pop music. Hope leon goes on to prove everyone who slated him wrong wishing him all the best.
Ian Scotland on December 19th, 2007
This song is total garbage, the only blessing is when it stops. Bland, boring and derivative.
Kirsten, Dundee on December 19th, 2007
Much better version than the Mariah/Whitney dirge. Think it will be a grower like most X Factor singles. Leon's voice is fantastic though, all the more credit to him as he had the least experience and no training/coaching before the X Factor started. He has the natural talent and potential to be huge. Sinatra like tone and quality.Anyway I thought this thread was to review the single, why all the anti-Leon stuff? I'm sure there are plenty of places for supporters of the other acts to complain about the "unjustness" that their chosen act didn't win. I tried to phone for Leon all night and didn't get through once so it wasn't fixed for one act. Can we keep some perspective please. He's an 18 year old with little or no experience but his natural talent and modesty hooked in a lot of well deserved support. We don't all like the same things but stop trying to write the lad off before he's had a real chance to develop his own style and songs.
Jonathan, Cleethorpes on December 19th, 2007
It's all fixed anyway. Leon's got a good voice and all that but Rhydian kicks his butt! Rhydian has done great vocals on almost all of the songs he sung incuding You Raise Me Up, You'll Never Walk Alone and Phantom of the Opera. Rhydian could be the next Paul Potts, wheras Leon is definitely NOT the next Micheal Buble.
Sam, Hampshire on December 19th, 2007
Leon behaved and sang with amazing dignity throughout the X Factor and I think he has a beautiful voice. God bless you Leon, you deserve it.
Qing Ling, Birmingham on December 19th, 2007
Seriously, is this out-of-tune singer the best the British public can find this year? Surely Leona last year was way better than this guy! And the runner-up's version (Rydian?) is also far superior to this Leon. One more cultural phenomenon I don't get apart from the WAG celebrities. Like UK a lot, the language and the culture, but this CANNOT be right.
Julie, Newport on December 19th, 2007
Stunningly Bad. Out of tune rubbish. Sang by someone with the least Xfactor on the show!
Chrissie on December 19th, 2007
Poor song, sung much better by Rhydian. Leon's a nice boy and I feel sorry for him being caught in the middle of this. Could not vote one single time for Rhydian. All a fix
Samantha, Scotland on December 19th, 2007
What is the world coming to? This song is awful and very depressing. When Rhydian sang it, it was uplifting. Feel sorry for Leon, in his heart he knows he's not that good.
Francesca, Sussex on December 19th, 2007
I feel sorry for Leon, he seems a nice boy and it is not his fault that Rhydian didnt win...but it is a crazy result! Can people not hear how often Leon sings out of tune and this song is dull, especially for christmas time (the mariah and whitney version was better). I suppose Leon needed to win more than Rhydian who was always going to have a bright future, no matter the outcome. Rhydian has a beautiful voice and stage presence-he was the only one that made it worth tuning into the x factor this year. I don't know why the producers dont choose a song to suit each finalist instead of making them all record the same one - they dont seem to realise that the winning song is not going to suit everybody and what we end up with is a song that doesnt really suit either contestant. If they released the contestants favourite song from the series instead I know which one I'd prefer to buy! Anyway, of course this song will get to number 1 but in a way I am glad rhydian does not have to sing it. His voice deserves better! At least he now has a choice in what he will release (Somewhere please!)
Steve . MK on December 19th, 2007
Yet another x factor no' 1, is it me or has the meaning "Christmas" no' 1 been forgotten and replaced by fame chasing muppets that will get used by their managers and given very little in return. Wise up people, your only buyin it bacause he's "hip" at the moment, give it a few months and he'll dissapear like the others(However i will say that last year they did hit gold with leone, she actually has an amazing voice and talent). I just wonder how many people will be waiting outside the shop for his second single.
Becky, South Yorkshire on December 19th, 2007
I am so glad that Leon won X-Factor! He is soo cute and has an amazing voice GO LEON!
Jenny, West Sussex on December 19th, 2007
Absolutely fantastic. All this rubbish about Rhydians lines is just showing the Welsh public up as selfish and arrogant that they cant take the fact that he didnt win. I love the single, bought it today and have already listened to it many times. The lad is absolutely gorgeous and taking everything really well despite the initial shock. I always knew from the very beginning he was going to win and have voted for him every show. I am so pleased. Congratulations Leon!!
Jim, Grimsby on December 19th, 2007
How sad - what a load of awful dribble - how he won is the 8th wonder of the universe - my cat sounds better when the dog gets it.
Angela, Yorkshire on December 19th, 2007
Leon is so fit I love him, love his voice have bought his record today, will buy his album too when that comes out. Rydian can sing but that doesnt mean you have the x factor it doesnt make you a star, Leon has appeal and appeals to more people, hes also very HOT
Ian, N. Ireland on December 20th, 2007
Awful song, Even more awful singer!!!
Cheryl, Hertfordshire on December 20th, 2007
There are more sour grapes on here than I've ever seen before!! Leon won fair and square. He's brilliant. The song is brilliant too. At least he can walk and sing at the same time. Rhyd!! walks like he's got a broom stuck up him!!
Andrea, Carrickfergus on December 20th, 2007
Am I the only one that spotted Rhydian's seriously inflated ego? It was the size of a small country! So obvious in the auditioning part of the serious and then toned down for the live shows! I think Leon was a deserving winner and he seems very down to earth.
Lynne, London on December 20th, 2007
Didn't watch x factor, but this record is total rubbish. He hasn't got a singing voice and can't even sing in tune.
Barbara, Scotland on December 20th, 2007
Leon's win was well deserved. He is a good singer and can only get better... he is good looking and has the whole x factor package. Rhydian was over confident, stood like his clothes had been over-starched and was a sore loser. Leon won fair and square - good luck to him, how many of us would love to experience such a life changing event. Well done Leon.
Alysha, Aberdeen on December 20th, 2007
Oh my god did this boy do Scotland proud! YES! I wish everyone who is slating Leon should really get a life! Simple, he won fair and square! Everyone else get over it, it wasn't a fix. I agree maybe the welsh boy had a good voice however he is not a recording artist and would be much suited for the West End. Leon has been great throughout the show and everyone should just back off! He is 18yrs of age just a boy! I say well done and good luck to Leon for the future and I can't wait for his album.
Yaz, Shropshire on December 20th, 2007
Leon's da best eva. I love this song, bought the single the day it came out and played it constantly. It's the best eva, I can't wait for him to release an album. The review should have given it a 5 star not 3 star, it's way better than that.
Scott, Livingston on December 20th, 2007
Not my cup of tea, Nikki should have won this x-factor
Holly, Kilmarnock on December 20th, 2007
I think Leon is amazing as well as cute and I love this song so much ! I Got the single on Wednesday, the first day it was out and I think Its great. Rhydians version wasn't as good and if he had won I wouldn't be buying it. He has a stronger voice but I think Leon will sell more records. He also shows more emotion and watching him backstage is hilarious. He is very funny and I hope he goes far! Go Leon ! xXx
Pete, London on December 21st, 2007
Oh dear oh dear!! What an absolute disaster. It thought this was a singing talent competition!!! Leon for his part, good lad( no grudges) but zero talent, no charisma and in my opinion the worst vocal in the whole competition!! How he managed to win is beyond believe. As for the single, chiko caould have done a better job!!
Ruth, Telford on December 21st, 2007
It is a sad state of affairs when what is supposed to be a site giving genuine reviews of a recording is allowed to become a venue for the fans of the loser in a talent contest to make the most disparaging remarks (to put it mildly) about the winner. Leon has a lovely voice which will get better as he learns his craft. The song he has been given was not the best it could be but he has made a good job of it. I wish him great success.
Abbas, England on December 21st, 2007
Good luck to Leon, but to be honest Rhydian should have won the X Factor based on his superb performances week after week.
Sharon, Leeds on December 22nd, 2007
Loved the song sung by Rhydian!!
Jan, Worcestershire on December 23rd, 2007
I am sure if Leon had a choice it would not have been this song, however he sings it extreemly well. I adore his voice. I think he and Rhydian were equally as good in their own style but I preferred Leon from the start. Oh and incidently I had problems voting for LEON!!
Jules, Cambridge on December 23rd, 2007
Beautifully sung and a worthy winner. Rhydian belongs with Andrew Lloyd Webber, not in the pop chart.
Jane, Munich on December 23rd, 2007
There is a little problem - Leon cannot sing. Rhydian was the best XF contestant EVER!!! The terms "favoritism" and "unfair advantage" come to mind...
Jo, Scotland on December 23rd, 2007
Why do the X factor winners always get the most cheesiest songs ever? The way I see it Rhydian and Same Difference will do fine, I think if Leon hadn't won though no one would ever hear from him again, he needed to win to get anywhere. I do think Leon sings this song very well, but will he just be a one hit wonder, only time will tell!
Ann, Manchester on December 23rd, 2007
Sour grapes! Rhydian was so full of his own importance. He gave me the creeps to watch. His voice should be good with all the training he has had. Niki should have won the x factor but Leon did on the night so leave him be he is only a lad and I thought he sang the song beautifully...with feeling. So good luck Leon.
Nadine, Cambridge on December 24th, 2007
This is the worst cover I have ever heard. It is just sad.... and sooooo boooooooring!

I think the people who voted for Leon are brain dead or tone-deaf. His voice is screeching, he is struggling to sing. They should have their ears examined.

The worst song in the world and worst singer!
Brenda, Clacton-on-Sea on December 29th, 2007
Now what are all you people saying who said it was a load of rubbish!!! Leon is now rightfully at the top of the charts with this beautiful song so now you know the voting was right. Give Leon a little time and training and I guarantee he'll be our next Sinatra!!! His voice is very powerful and very, very special - and now its been proved. Well done, Leon!

for people who think rydian should win,are you mad or deaf? did you listen both singing (when u beleave) if yes,use ur brain and agree that leon is a star. your are just jealous of him.sorry he won,and deserved, it bad luck.

This is terrible, the boy cannot sing. Someone bring on Ray to save the days of Swing. Mariah and Whitney should be going mad at this point. This classic track should never have been covered - I imagine Rhydian did not like his own rendition. Rhydian knows when a classic should be left alone.

Leon has a beautiful voice and wonderful personality. I've played his song for friends here and they agree that he will be an international star. I eagerly await his album.
