Sir Paul McCartney has written a song about Heather Mills for his new album.
The pair are currently embroiled in a high-profile divorce battle following their decision to separate in 2006.
The former Beatle has poured his feelings about his estranged wife and the media frenzy surrounding their split into a song for the LP, which is scheduled for release later this year.
Gigwise quotes producer Nitin Sawhney as saying: "Paul has done a track about how he feels about Heather and what was going on with the paparazzi because no one has heard his side of it at all.
"It's a very emotional and a very powerful song - not like anything that people are used to from Paul McCartney."
The singer reportedly gave Mills £8,000 of presents for her birthday on Saturday.
