Fans of Take That's Mark Owen have launched a campaign to get his 2006 single 'Hail Mary' into the top 40.
'Hail Mary' failed to break the top 100 when it was originally released, but a group of Owen's followers now want the singer to receive credit for his solo career.
They told the Daily Star: "We feel that Mark Owen didn’t get the recognition he deserved for his solo work.
"He’s a very talented songwriter and a great performer."
Owen released three solo albums after Take That split in 1996 and had three top ten singles with 'Child', 'Clementine' and 'Four Minute Warning'.
