Gnarls Barkley will release their second album, The Odd Couple, on April 8.
'Run', the first single from the album, leaked online two weeks ago and has just started to get radio airplay.
They will embark on a summer tour to promote the album which will include shows in the US and European festival dates.
The group, comprising vocalist Cee-Lo Green and producer Danger Mouse, had the biggest-selling single of 2006 with 'Crazy'.
The number one hit, taken from the album St. Elsewhere, spent nine weeks at the top of the UK charts.
