As she ripped into the attitude-packed pop tunes from her Robyn album, her spirits continued to soar. A bombastic version of future single 'Who's That Girl' went down particularly well, while an inspired medley of Neneh Cherry's 'Buffalo Stance' and Salt-n-Pepa's 'Push It' saluted the hip-hop roots of her hard-edged beats. Impressively, the crowd knew every word to the "selfish narcissistic psycho-freakin' bootlicking N**i creep" line from recent single 'Handle Me'. That's a lot of adjectives to remember, especially when you've had a lengthy support slot from a drag queen DJ to drink through.

Robyn ended with an acoustic take on 'Be Mine', a tale of unrequited love that tugged at the heartstrings like the final minutes of a Disney movie. Whether she's making music for the heart or for the feet (or, as is frequently the case, for both), Robyn's sure to wrap every song in a catchy, edgy, super-modern package that sounds tremendous live. The "killingest popstar on the planet"? She's not far off, to be honest.
