The LP's second single finds Alison getting all husky-voiced over a sparse, other-wordly electronic groove. If the old Goldfrapp was a Nuts model with cleavage showing and knickers in view, this is her playing the refined Hollywood temptress. Boasting parping trumpets, finely-balanced synths and lush, organic production, 'Happiness' is a soothing, tender pop song that's cooler than a whole pack of mini-milk ice lollies.
