Chris Martin has promised Coldplay fans that the group's new album will not be too much of a departure from their previous material.
Rumours have suggested that the new LP could be less commercially-friendly due to its experimental nature, which was influenced by producer Brian Eno.
However, frontman Chris insisted: "We're still obsessed with making songs that can be sung to the rafters. We just wanted to present them differently."
The full tracklist for the album, titled Viva La Vida, was released yesterday.
