DS caught up with chart-topping indie stars The Kooks before their performance at Radio 1's Big Weekend on Sunday.

Frontman Luke Pritchard told DS he was looking forward to the band's upcoming US tour, saying: "I like the romanticism of it. You get in some silver bus, the wayward bus, and you go across all the different states in America. We haven't really done that so it's really fresh for us."
