New acts join Reading, Leeds lineup

Plain White T's and Henry Rollins are among the new acts added to the Reading and Leeds Festivals lineup.

Rollins and Jeffrey Lewis are the first additions to the Alternative Stage, which returns for its second year.

Chicago pop rock stars Plain White T's and electronic punk act Mindless Self Indulgence will play on the Main Stage.

Pete and the Pirates are the latest act to be confirmed for the Radio One / NME Stage, while Tiger Army, The Briggs and Blackhole have been added to the Lock-Up Stage.

Reading and Leeds take place from August 22 to 24. It is headlined by The Killers, Metallica and Rage Against The Machine.
