Pink Floyd's Dave Gilmour has refused to rule out the possibility of another Pink Floyd reunion.

The singer said that it was unlikely the '70s prog rockers would do a full tour, but said the group may reform for a one-off date in the future.

Pink Floyd last performed together at 2005's Live8 concert in London's Hyde Park.

Speaking about the future of the band, Gilmour told the BBC: "Who knows? Who knows the future?

"I haven't absolutely said 'no' to the possibility but I think that in reality any sort of long-term thing together is not going to happen.

"We did the one-off thing and that was probably enough for me but we shall see."

He added: "At my incredibly advantaged age - having achieved this - I've earned the right to sit on my ass for a little while and consider what to do next."
