Ren Harvieu interview: 'I'm inspired by Disney'

The journey from unsigned singer to fully fledged artiste is tricky enough for any aspiring star, but it has been particularly difficult for 21-year-old Ren Harvieu.

After seriously injuring her back in an accident weeks before she was due to release her debut single last year, the Salford-born songstress has made a miraculous recovery in just sixth months and, handily, in time for a New Year release.

With her new track 'Through The Night' out this week and her album on the horizon, we met up with her to find out why she's such a big fan of Disney movies and how she feels about being compared to some of the greatest singers of all time.
