The former popstar claimed he was too busy focusing on his acting career to participate in any live shows.
"Contrary to recent reports in the British press, actor Luke Goss has no plans to participate in a Bros reunion tour," said a spokesperson.
"He recently completed filming the action feature Tekken based on the popular video game, to be released in 2009, and expects to begin filming another project in August in the US."
Luke's twin brother and ex-bandmate Matt said earlier this week that he was keen for the '80s pop group to reunite.
The band had 11 Top 40 singles and three Top 20 albums in the UK, with songs including 'I Owe You Nothing', 'When Will I Be Famous?' and 'Cat Among The Pigeons'.
