The hip-hop star came on stage at the festival performing a karaoke version of the 1995 single.
According to the BBC, the track's sales have increased 200% since Jay-Z's rendition on Saturday night.
The record looks likely to secure a place in the UK top 100 at the end of the week.
Jay-Z covered the track in response to Noel Gallagher's suggestion that hip-hop music was "wrong" for Glastonbury.
