Soulfly, Kids In Glass Houses, Kerbdog, Skindred, Alexisonfire, Anti-Flag, Avenged Sevenfold and You Me At Six are among the acts playing the shows.
The gigs will begin on August 16 and run until the Awards ceremony on August 21. They will take place at the Camden Barfy and London's ULU.
Tickets go on sale at 9am on July 11.
Commenting on the string of shows, Kerrang! editor Paul Brannigan said: "This is an amazing opportunity for rock fans to see some of the hottest rock bands around in venues they've long since outgrown.
"The Kerrang! Awards Week Of Rock will be unforgettable."
The nominations for this year's Kerrang! Awards will be revealed on July 22.
