Winehouse launches her own club night
Published Wednesday, Jul 9 2008, 21:38 BST | By Dave West

The night, named Snakehips At The Monarch, is scheduled for Thursday - the same day her husband Blake Fielder-Civil is expected to be sentenced in court.
According to NME, Winehouse will play a selection of songs that have influenced her music at the Camden Monarch pub in North London.
Tickets for the event, which also features DJ Bioux, will be available on the door.
Fielder-Civil and friend Michael Brown admitted causing grievous bodily harm to a pub landlord, then attempting to cover it up, earlier this year.
