Maroon 5 star fears success won't last

The guitarist said he tried to avoid becoming attached to his luxurious lifestyle because he wasn't sure how long the group would remain popular.
"I always worry about getting too attached to the success that we've had and the lifestyle that we've had," Valentine told DS.
"But you know it is going to go away and it is probably going to decline.
"Maybe we've got a couple more records in us, but who knows? We're always looking forward to what we'll be doing next."
When asked whether he thought his band would still be together in their 50s and 60s, he replied: "No, I really don't see that happening.
"I don't think this band will hold interest for long enough to allow us to do that."
He added: "Will people want to hear Maroon 5 in 50 or 60 years? I don't know. Perhaps if we make some classic records, but first we've got to do that."
