Lily Allen has confessed that she has dropped the track 'Who'd Of Known' from her upcoming album because it sounds too similar to Take That's 'Shine'.

In a posting on her MySpace page, the 23-year-old explained that legal red tape would prevent her from commercially releasing it. Instead, she has chosen to stream it on her website.

"I ripped off the chorus from Take That and I can't be bothered with the paperwork," she wrote.

Allen's sophomore album, titled Stuck On The Naughty Step, is scheduled for release later this year. The lead single will be the track 'Everyone's At It'.
