T In The Park organiser Geoff Ellis has revealed that he would like David Bowie to headline in 2009.
Bowie was originally meant to headline the Scottish festival in 2004, but was forced to pull out after suffering a shoulder injury.
The veteran singer was replaced on the Main Stage by The Darkness.
Ellis described Bowie as his dream headliner, commenting: "It feels like we've unfinished business."
Early Bird tickets for T In The Park 2009 go on sale today at the same price as 2008 entry. It will take place on July 10 to 12 in Balado, Kinross.
