Steve Jones has revealed that going to the T4 On The Beach live music event is a tiring experience.
Jones admitted to the Press Association that he is thankful when the Channel 4-backed festival is over.
He said: "It sounds very negative, but at the end of the day when it's all been done, you're like: 'Thank God that's all over'.
"It's terrifying but wow. At the end of Great Yarmouth, we were all on stage singing and jumping around, but then you can just sit back and say 'That was phenomenal, roll on next year'."
He continued: "When it's finished, you are so drained. All your friends are on a mega high, and they've all been drinking and having fun, and you're so taut all the way through it. You're so focused, as soon as it's finished you're just drained. You just want to crawl under the sheets."
This year sees performances from more than 20 acts, including The Pigeon Detectives, Adele, Duffy and Kelly Rowland.
The event, which will be broadcast live on Channel 4, takes place in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset on July 20.
