Doves and Magic Numbers will perform at Heavenly Records' 18th birthday celebrations in September.
It will be Doves's first gig since they finished recording their fourth studio album.
The event, which takes place at various venues on London's Southbank, will also feature performances from Beth Orton, Cherry Ghost, St Etienne and Edwyn Collins.
Heavenly Festival takes place on September 12, 13 and 14. Tickets go on sale tomorrow.
