The troubled singer recently vowed to take a long break from live performances after September, but she may now make an exception for Prince Azim, who is throwing a private party in November.
Winehouse has told pals that the fee could be used to change the life of her husband Blake Fielder-Civil when he is released from jail in December.
A friend of Winehouse told the Daily Star Sunday: "The offer comes at a time when Blake is very much on Amy's mind. Things still need to be worked out but, if she does the gig, she will hand the fee straight to Blake who should be free soon afterwards.
"She thinks it will give him something to make a fresh start with. And he can plan how best to use the money during the rest of his sentence. One idea is that he could use the cash to set himself up in business."
Azim is the son of the Sultan of Brunei and is in line to inherit a share of his father's £25 billion fortune. He hit headlines in the UK last year after making friends with disgraced Big Brother star Jade Goody.
