Bobby Gillespie's rockers will kick off the annual jaunt in Oxford on November 20. They will also visit Cardiff, Bristol, Southampton, Reading, Nottingham, London and Norwich.
The group will round off the tour with shows in Sheffield, Brighton, Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds, Newcastle, Manchester and Glasgow.
Tickets go on sale on Wednesday, July 30 at 9am.
"The NME Rock 'n' Roll Riot Tour has found a killer headliner with Primal Scream," said NME editor Conor McNicholas.
"Their classic-laden back catalogue encompasses everything from dancefloor euphoria and Rolling Stones raunch to electronic punk."
He added: "Bobby Gillespie has always described his band's output as being high energy rock 'n' roll. Come and see just how right he is."
Primal Scream released their ninth studio album Beautiful Future earlier this month.
