The DJ and producer wanted to record the James Bond track with Amy Winehouse, but the pair were forced to pull out due to the singer's recent ill health.
It was announced yesterday that Jack White and Alicia Keys will be duetting on the official 007 song.
"It's really disappointing, of course it is," Ronson is quoted as saying.
"But at the time Amy was going through some sh*t, and now she's doing great, so who cares if we missed the Bond boat?"
He added: "We're both gutted we missed out on 007, but there will be other great opportunities for us."
