The trio of acts will perform at Kentish Town's The Forum on September 29, October 1 and 2 as part of the annual music magazine bash.
Keane will open the event, while Sugababes will take to the stage on October 1 before starting work on their sixth studio album.
Razorlight, who are expected to release their third LP later this year, will appear on the final night.
Tickets for the gigs go on sale on September 1. The Q Awards take place on October 6.
