Perry makes No.1 with 'I Kissed A Girl'

'I Kissed A Girl', the first single Perry has released in the UK, has also spent the last seven weeks on top of the US singles chart.
Last week's No.1, 'All Summer Long' by Kid Rock, slips to two, with 'Dance Wiv Me' by Dizzee Rascal and Calvin Harris falling to three.
The highest new entry of the week comes from reformed Wigan four-piece The Verve, who enter the chart at five with comeback single 'Love Is Noise'.
Meanwhile, Rihanna leaps from 34 to nine with 'Disturbia' to score her eighth UK top ten hit.
