Spice Girls are biggest concert earners

Figures released by Forbes magazine show that the singers pulled in £16.5 million for their 17 sell-out shows at London's O2 Arena in January. The publication also confirms that each gig sold out within one minute of tickets going on sale.
US star Prince was second in the magazine's list. His 21 sell-out concerts at the O2 in August 2007 earned £11 million.
Meanwhile, Bon Jovi took third place following a 10-day run in the States which grossed £8.27 million.
Mel C recently confirmed that the Spice Girls will not reunite for another tour. Geri Halliwell and Victoria Beckham have also vowed to quit the music industry permanently.
