Mystery Jets and The Wombats have revealed their unusual tour rituals backstage at Ibiza Rocks.

Wombats frontman Murph confessed that he regularly spends time naked with his bandmates despite normally being "quite reserved".

"On tour its weird, I'm kind of like a dog that hasn't been brought up properly," commented the singer.

"But when I'm around people, I don't know, I'm quite reserved. Around this lot I walk around naked!"

Mystery Jets, who are also playing a gig on the White Isle, revealed that they often put vapour rub on each other's genitals before gigs.

Singer Blaine said: "Sometimes we rub vapour rub on Kai’s balls." Guitarist Will continued: "It's an old legendary thing that some bands do, a bit of vapour rub gets you really excited."

Kai added: "The thing is I rub a little bit on the other guys put on a lot, suckers!"

Ibiza Rocks 2008 airs on 4Music tonight at 11pm. It is repeated on Channel 4 on Thursday at 12.15pm.
